Aquascape LED lighting fixtures are extremely energy efficient, minimizing energy costs and providing a 90% savings over comparable halogen lighting. The die-cast metal housing with a protective coating provides a durable finish that holds up in all weather conditions. Lights are permanently sealed and water tight, and they can be installed fully submerged in water or in traditional landscape settings (please note the quick-connect cable connections are not suitable for submersion). Aquascape pond and landscape LED lighting integrates easily with other 12-volt quick-connect components and existing low-voltage lighting systems. The low-voltage design, powered specifically by 12V transformers (sold separately), is completely safe for fish, animals and children. The Aquascape Smart Control Hub (#84074, not included) and a 12-volt transformer (not included) are required to power and control the lights.
